links on this page to find out more about our policies. Make sure to
read this page and check periodically for changes to GastGo policies
and agreements.
Like any community, GastGo has rules to
help ensure a safe and enjoyable platforms where professionals can
offer clients services in the hair and beauty industry. Please take
a moment to read through our Community Rules, which provide general
guidelines for GastGo users.
Community Rules
• Honour your commitment to
marketing your services or attending to a service.
• Maintain current account information i.e. user name.
• If your account privileges as a GastGo client, Professional
or Ambassador have already been removed, you may not be eligible to
establish a new account.
• Leave thoughtful feedback about your experience with GastGo
Professionals and GastGo Ambassadors.
• Do not misrepresent yourself. We take pride in the integrity
of services provided by all members of GastGo Professionals and
GastGo Ambassadors.
Violations of our Business Solutions Agreement, of which these
Community Rules are a part, can result in the removal of your
privileges to use GastGo services as a customer/client or as a
GastGo Professionals or GastGo Ambassador.
GastGo has the right to take legal actions on any member who
breaks the rules and carries out any unethical services.

Restricted
Services
Customers and clients trust that they can always book
with confidence on GastGo. Services offered on GastGo must comply
with all laws and regulations and with GastGo's policies. The
marketing of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted services listed on
these pages, including services that are of unethical or of sexual
nature are strictly prohibited.
As a GastGo Professional
or a GastGo Ambassadors, you should carefully review the Restricted
Services pages listed below before listing your services. Note that
all services are subject to review and either deleted or declined by
GastGo if they do not meet the GastGo business ethics. The examples
provided in these help pages are not all-inclusive and are provided
solely as an informational guide. We encourage you to consult with
your legal counsel in your respected country, city or state if you
have questions about the laws and regulations concerning your
services.
Even where a service is listed as an "Example
of Permitted Listings," all services and listings must also comply
with applicable laws. In addition, any links provided are for
informational purposes only, and GastGo does not warrant the
accuracy of any information provided in these links. Therefore, we
encourage all GastGo customers/clients, GastGo Professionals and
GastGo Ambassadors to report any unethical services to GastGo by
sending an email to info@gastgo.com
If you provide a
service or accept a service in violation of the law or any of
GastGo’s policies, including those listed on the Restricted Products
pages, we will take corrective actions, as appropriate, including
immediate suspending or terminating all the privileges of using
GastGo services. All pending inventory are likely to be suspended
and terminated without reimbursement if you do not comply to GastGo
business ethics and terminating the business relationship. Providing
of illegal or unsafe services can also lead to legal action,
including civil and criminal penalties.
We are constantly
innovating on behalf of GatGo clients/customers, GastGo
Professionals, GastGo Ambassadors and working with regulators, third
party experts, clients, customers, and professionals to improve the
ways we detect and prevent illegal and unsafe services from reaching
our marketplace. GastGo encourages you to report listings that
violate GastGo's policies or applicable law by contacting us. We
will investigate each report thoroughly and take appropriate
action.
Additional Related Policies
• All services
require you to obtain pre-approval from GastGo before listing in
those categories.
• Certain categories require you to provide additional information
and/or a supplemental guarantee before listing in those
categories.
• Those participating in Fulfillment by GastGo (FBA), should also
review the (Fulfilment by GastGo) FBG Service Restrictions page
which lists services that are not eligible for the FBG program.
• If you wish to list items for international service, you are
responsible for conducting proper research to ensure that the
service listed comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Before listing services for Fulfilment
by GastGo, it's important to know what is suitable for our
fulfilment process and what is unsuitable. Be sure to review all
sections below for additional services requirements and
restrictions.
Important: Failure to comply with FBG services preparation
requirements, safety requirements, and services restrictions may
result in the refusal of inventory at the GastGo fulfilment
department, blocking of future services to the fulfilment
department, or charging for preparation or for noncompliance at the
fulfilment department.
GastGo Services Requirements and

All services require prior approval before you can
market them on GastGo fulfilment department. All GastGo requirements
and restrictions also apply to FBG.
