This site is owned by GastGo. This document and our Privacy Policy govern the use of this website and GastGo app on all platforms including iOS and Android. You should leave this site immediately if you do not agree with any of the provisions set-out below. GastGo reserves the right to update the content of this site at any time and without notice to it's users.

Privacy & protection of personal information

Please read our Privacy Policy for information regarding our treatment of any personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how GastGo collects, uses, and discloses certain personal information obtained through our public websites at www.GastGo.com the (“Websites”) and mobile applications the (“App”).

In general, you can visit our Websites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we ask for personally identifiable information from you, such as your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, and address (“Personal Information”). We request this information in order to correspond with you, to provide you with a subscription to a newsletter or publication, to notify you about events, company updates, new features or otherwise to respond to your requests or provide you with information that we consider may be of interest to you. Where applicable, we will differentiate between personal data fields that are optional and those that are mandatory to obtain the requested information.

If you receive a marketing e-mail from GastGo, you will be provided with an automated way to opt out (unsubscribe) from that particular communication or from all marketing e-mails sent by GastGo. Please follow the instructions on the e-mail you received if you with to unsubscribe. If you have received unwanted e-mail from our GastGo, please forward a copy of that e-mail to support@gastgo.com and title the email as Unsubscribe.

You may view the contents of this Website for information purposes only. You may upload your profile picture and other images of your work on the GastGo so long as you own the images or have had the consent to upload the images from the owner. GastGo will not be held responsible if the end user violets the copyrights laws by using images without permission. GastGo forbids any pornographic, sexual, racist, ageist, homophobic, theophobia or violent material from being uploaded on the App. You may not print and store any images from the Website or the App on your external memory disk without written consent of GastGo. All other copying, adaptation, reproduction and any redistribution of any information on this server (whether internally to your organisation or externally, and whether for commercial use or not) is prohibited. You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, re-publish, display for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes or otherwise redistribute any code or content from the site without the prior written agreement from GastGo senior management team. Information, products, processes and technologies described on this site may be subject to other intellectual property rights. The information on this Website and the App is of a general nature only and does not address particular circumstances or requirements unless written by a GastGo Professional for a particular service requirement on the App. It is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any warranty, condition or representation of any kind, whether express or implied. GastGo does not assume any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information disclosed or accessed through this site. Suitable professional advice should always be taken in relation to any particular circumstances. In no event will any of the GastGo companies be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of or in any way relating to the use or performance or the use or misuse of the information accessed through this Website and/or the App.

GastGo Clients

GastGo Client is a user who downloads GastGo, the App for the purpose of locating a GastGo Professional around them or in a specific area. You must be over the age of 18 to sign up as a GastGo Client. You will need to have your parents or guardian consent to sign up as a GastGo Client if you are between the age of 13 and 17. GastGo will not accept any users below the age of 13. It is the parent's or legal guardian's responsibility to insure that their child under the age of 13 does not use GastGo. As a client, it is your responsibility to make sure you upload your payment details on the App and correct information. Failing to do so will result to your account being suspended and deleted. Please make sure your login credentials are confidential and request that you do not share your information with anyone else other than yourself as the client. When you book an appointment, it is your responsibility to make sure you attend your appointment on time or cancel within the required time. Failure to do so will result to your appointment being cancelled and not refunded. You may also receive negative feedback from the GastGo Professional or have your account blocked by a GastGo Professional or your account deleted by GastGo. GastGo will not be held responsible if you do not attending or miss your appointment or show up late without communicating with the GastGo Professional.

GastGo clients are being asked to take full responsibility by making sure the GastGo Professional is qualified to carry out the service requested. As good business practice, it is recommended that all GastGo clients to request GastGo Professional to evidence their qualifications if they are not clearly displayed and visible at their place of business. All payments are taken from the GastGo client’s bank account instantly after booking an appointment and passed on to the GastGo Professional within agreed terms. GastGo requires all services to be fully paid at the point of booking the appointment. Please see the Cancellation Policy paragraph for more information. Please note that you will automatically agree to comply with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and in order for you to proceed with setting up a GastGo account and use GastGo as a Client or a Professional.

GastGo Professionals

GastGo Professionals are talented independent individuals who have signed up as professional and market their service on the GastGo. You will need to be over the age of 18 and be located in a country where GastGo operates from. In order for a professional to sign up to GastGo, you have agreed and confirmed that you are fully qualified and able to demonstrate your credentials should you be asked to present them. GastGo will contact you once you have submitted your application to become a professional. A venting interview meeting will be arranged and asked to represent your ID, proof of address, National Insurance Number or Social Security Number and any other credentials. Failing to provide this will information could leave GastGo no choice but to delete your GastGo profile. It is good practice to make sure that you have full liability insurance in order to operate as a GastGo Professional. GastGo will provide you with guidance on how to complete your profile by arranging a video conference, one to one meeting or a telephone conversion.

GastGo will collect the full payment from the customer and process the payment at the point of booking a service. GastGo will forward 75% of all bookings paid and received from clients and transfer the funds directly to GastGo Professional’s bank account once a week. When the payment arrives in the professional's bank account, it will be displayed as income from GastGo. The remaining 25% of the income collected from the GastGo client is retained by GastGo as administration, support service, marketing and transactions costs. GastGo will not deduct any VAT (value added tax), Income Tax, Pension Scheme or any other type of business tax from the GastGo Professional. As a GastGo Professional, you have agreed that you are liable for your own tax return in your respected state or/and country. You agree that you have signed up to GastGo as a small business, sole trader or self-employed. Therefore, it is up to the GastGo Professional to take full responsibility of their own self-assessment income tax return in their respected region or country. GastGo will provide you with tax forms in your respected country if this applies to you.

Your email address, telephone number, date of birth and bank account details will not be visible to anyone. This information encrypted and stored by GastGo and will not be shared by any third party companies or external consultants. You have agreed to comply with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and in order for you to proceed with setting up your account and use GastGo as a professional.


GastGo is a platform that provides services set out by GastGo Professionals. GastGo only allows qualified groomers, makeup artists, henna artists hair stylists, nail technicians and therapists to market their services on the GastGo. GastGo Professionals have the freedom of setting their own prices and duration of each service. Please email us on support@gastgo.com if you're a GastGo Professional and wish to add your services on GastGo.

Rescheduling Services Policy

We encourage clients to reschedule their appointment 24 hours before the service. Clients have the freedom of rescheduling their own services on their GastGo profile at no additional costs up to 24 hours before before their appointment. Therefore, clients will not be able to cancel or reschedule their appointment once GastGo has processed the booking. You may contact the GastGo Professionals using the chat feature on GastGo and request to reschedule the service if you as the client have paid for services and unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstance. Please note the decision of rescheduling services after payment has been collected is at GastGo's Professional desecration. A professional may refuse to reschedule the service after a payment has been made. A professional may also refuse to carry out any services if clients don't show up to their booked and paid appointments. GastGo nor GastGo Professional are obligated to give clients a refund or provide another service if the client does not attend to their booked appointment. GastGo Professionals may ask GastGo Support to contact the client and inform them of the decision.

Cancellation Policy

As a client, we do not encourage you to cancel any appointments. Instead, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment to a later date at least 24 hours before your appointment. However, if you're unable to reschedule your appointment then you may cancel your service. Please note that there's a 5% cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your appointment after making a booking on GastGo using a debit or credit card. All payments of services booked on the day before the service or on the day of the service will be processed instantly and are not refundable. You may cancel your service after the 24 hours notice but GastGo will retain 100% of the money paid and will not issue a refund to the client.


Please refrain from being late to your appointment as a client or a professional. This will have a negative impact on your feedback and may cause reputation damage. Please use the chat feature (GastGo Messenger) to communicate with the professional or the client to inform them if you are running late to your appointment. GastGo Professionals have the rights to refuse to provide a service if a client is late to their appointment. We also encourage clients to rate and report any professionals who are constantly late to appointments using the chat GastGo Support feature on GastGo.

Payment Processing

Payment processing services for professionals and clients on GastGo are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a professional or/and a client on GastGo, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of GastGo enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide GastGo accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise GastGo to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
